Frequently Used Plastic Material and Examples
ABS
Created using a specialized emulsion, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is a cost-effective thermoplastic with high resistance to corrosion and low melting temperature.
Nylon
Nylon material is sturdy and wear-resistant, and it is often used in the automotive, electronics, machinery, and aviation fields.
POM
Polyoxymethylene (POM) has high hardness, strength and rigidity , good self-lubrication and good fatigue resistance in a wide range of temperature and humidity. POM is widely used as sliding and rotating mechanical parts, gears, levers etc.
PMMA
Acrylic is comparable to polycarbonate in terms of properties yet available at a lower cost. This transparent polymer is also ideal for multiple projects for its tensile and flexural strength.

How to Work
From the moment your injection mold order is confirmed, we follow a standardized procedure to ensure transparency and smooth transitions at every step. This process keeps both our team and customers fully informed on the progress, guaranteeing that each phase is executed efficiently. Here’s how we begin and complete your injection mold project:

Confirm drawings, materials, and requirements. Once the quotation is approved, we sign the order and start the project.

We conduct DFM analysis and complete mold design. After client approval, we proceed to mold fabrication.

We carry out steel machining, CNC, EDM, polishing, and mold assembly, progressing each step on schedule.

We carry out the first mold trial (T1) to verify dimensions and appearance, and provide samples with a trial report. Multiple iterations (T2/T3) are performed as needed until the sample meets all requirements.

We make necessary adjustments based on trial feedback, ensuring the sample meets all requirements. Once quality inspections are passed, we provide the client with the final confirmation before proceeding to mass production.

After receiving final approval, we start mass production, ensuring consistency in quality and maintaining production schedules. Each batch is carefully monitored to meet client specifications, with regular progress checks to ensure no delays.

During and after production, we perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure that all products meet the highest standards. Any defects or issues are immediately addressed and resolved before products are approved for shipment.

Once quality inspection is completed and the products are approved, we package the products securely to prevent any damage during transportation. We arrange for timely shipping according to the client’s specifications and preferences.
